A New Chapter for Wesley Driver

We want to share an important update regarding a new chapter for Wesley Driver, celebrating his impact at Century and continued connection through Iceberg Mechanical.

After more than a decade with Century Refrigeration, Wes has accepted a new opportunity with Iceberg Mechanical, a great customer and partner of Century. While we’ll certainly miss having Wes on our team, we are excited for him and his growing family as he begins this next chapter. We are also glad that, through Iceberg, we will continue to work with Wes and stay connected on a regular basis.

It’s difficult to fully capture the impact Wes has had across RAE Corporation, and especially within the Century Division. Since joining Century in 2015 as a Sales Account Manager, Wes has served in several key sales and leadership roles, including Business Development Manager, National Sales Manager, and Director of Sales.

Throughout his time with Century, Wes played an important role in many milestones for the division, including strong years of growth, new product launches, including integration of new control platforms, the continued development of our sales channels, and the growth of Century’s reputation within the refrigeration industry.

One of the things that has always made Wes unique is the practical refrigeration knowledge he brought to the sales side of our business. His background as a technician gave him the ability to approach sales, customer conversations, and product discussions from a real-world perspective. We could not only speak confidently about our equipment and present the value of what we build, but he could also start it up, run it, troubleshoot it, and service it.

Wesley’s combination of technical ability, sales experience, and relationship-building helped him earn trust with customers, reps, contractors, and teammates throughout the industry.

Beyond the roles he held, Wes made his mark through the relationships he built, the practical knowledge he shared, and the steady support he provided to customers and teammates. His ability to connect technical understanding with customer needs made him a trusted and valued part of our sales organization and helped shape the Century Division into what it is today.
